TRAINING
Technical training in the various chemical processes and operation of
proprietary Hydromex Related Technolgy machinery begins in the classroom.
Over the course of 3 to 5 weeks of daily, hands-on activities, intermediate
qualified engineers learn the basics of the new waste industry through the
watchful tutelege of experts in the Hydromex Related Technologies field.
Category specific waste stream programs are offered to the designated
engineers of the purchasers of the new technology. Testing and analysis
procedures are extremely scrutinized for accuracy and verification.
Each type of waste stream has a different schedule of training and in many
cases, training for certain engineers would begin with the actual building
of the Hydromex Related Technology machinery they will operate. Training for
at least two engineers per machine is strongly advised. This insures
complete knowledge integration for key individuals who are responsible for
the daily operations and maintenance of the machinery.
It is also highly recommended to develop continued self-training for
research and development capabilities in each country as it is imperative
that all captured knowledge from every operation be completely shared with
all other operating Hydromex Related Technology facilities. This valuable
bank of information is used to grow and change with whatever new forms of
waste that are being created each day. This isa special part of the Hydromex
Related Technology system that is critical to its long term success as an
effective, environmentally friendly, adaptable waste management solution. |
