7. Long term contracts with the commercial waste industry for residual supply to generate subsidizing income for phase by phase project implementation and financing back up / guarantee of contingency fund generation for the operation / implementation of jobs.
8. Additional income generation through sale of products and / or social impact through implementation of low cost housing or community construction projects, etc.
